Genius Event 2017: Our Amazing Experience





We are from Ashish English Boarding School. We are here to exhibit our feelings through art. From the entire school, we would like to thank Spiny Babbler for giving us this opportunity to learn, experience new things. Because of Spiny Babbler we came to know the real meaning of unity and art by working together as a team.

When we heard about the art event, we were very excited to explore our hidden talent. So our teacher selected us to get the experience. At first, we didn’t know about the concept. Then, our Principal Sir helped us to find the main concept. The concept was about the factors through which we can develop our country. After knowing the concept, we all gathered together and started working on the concept.

In the first picture, it shares an idea about the need of unity in order to develop a country. Unity is also considered as the strength so if there are more heads then we will get a chance to know more ideas and can work to change the ideas into reality.

To develop the country, education plays a vital role. In the present context, it is very important to make people educated. If a single individual in the family is educated then the whole family will be educated. We should educate people to enhance today’s world demand. So in order to make people aware, we can also participate in social awareness rallies and inform people about the importance of education. It plays an important role to make people understand and learn more to develop the country. If every single people are educated, then slowly with no time they will be able to implement their efforts to develop the country.

We believe that through our art work we will definitely be successful to increase awareness among people and create unity between them.

Genius Event 2017: Art work on Violence against Women

  When we were first told about this art exhibition, we got excited. The name of the organization ‘Spiny Babbler’ itself seems to be full of curiosity. We were happy for getting the opportunity to express our creativity at national level. We began our work on Monday and completed it on Tuesday. We put our hard efforts on this. We chose women violence as our theme for the art because women violence is one of the burning and pandemic issues in Nepal. Our art tries to show how women are victimized of violence and how they are facing the situation. Art is a medium through which we can express our feelings freely. Therefore, in order to express the feelings of women about how they are feeling and how they are living, we made this art. The topic which we chose for the art event is yoga and meditation. Yoga and meditation defines the spiritual activities performed for maintaining healthy mind and soul. We can acquire positive vibes with the help of yoga and meditation.   It has also been proved scientifically that yoga and meditation enables us to make our body centered and free from anxiety.
